Your tasks and responsibilities
Lead district, formulate sales strategy for assigned territoryor products;
Develop sales forecast, budget and manpowerplans;
Supervises and trains Retailer and sales force toachieve sales targets;
Pursue key prospects, negotiate and constructappropriate terms of sales;
Monitor the performance of the sales teams orbranches within the retention, advertising, pricing, anddistribution strategies for the District;
Contribute to the development of sales,marketing,customer retention, advertising, pricing, and distributionstrategies for the District;
Coach sales representatives on the technicalaspects of the organization's products and services; on marketingcampaigns and sales promotions;
and on sales techniques,procedures, and standards that will help them achieve their salestargets.
University degree or above;
years retailmanagement experience;More than 5 yearsworking experinence at OTC industry; more than 2
Good leadership, oral and written communicationskills, communication skills, problem-solvingabilities.
