Technical Sales Engineer

The TSE will report to Sr. Technical Sales Manager of China. This individual will improve PI China Tier 2-4 customer coverage and goals of increasing customer numbers, design-wins and revenues in T2-4 customer base.


  • Search and develop long-term relationships with new potential customers in the designated region
  • Follow on the challenging business plans base on specific assessment of performance and achievementFind and qualify new T2-4 customers with a target of >
  • 300 in two yearsAchieve the goals of T2-4 revenue growth and design-wins growthVisit customers, monitor progress, and address problemsCommunicate the highlight / lowlight by weekly sales reports; con-call and email

  • Work well with distributors to ensure the new T2-4 customers qualified will be closely followed up
  • Collaborate with the Marcom team to improve the ways to find new customers and to handle the new leads
  • Collaborate closely with existing PI China Sales team to ensure the new customers will be timely transferred to the DF sales team and have them being closed followed up when they are growing from T2-4 to T0-1
  • Carry out market research and monitor competitor products

  • Requirements

  • BSEE+ in Engineering discipline or equivalent
  • 1-2 years’ experience fast paced sales environment
  • Strong desire to pursue a career in Sales
  • Fluent oral and written English
  • Frequently travel is required
