Job Overview

TE's HR Solutions Partners function in a variety of Human Resources activities including employment and employee relations, recruiting, termination and data analysis / metrics.

They implement Human Resources policies at the country, regional or global level partnering with management to drive company-wide programs and initiatives.

Responsibilities :

  • Acts as a key contact for the employees and managers in the business unit
  • Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes
  • Manages complex and difficult HR Projects cross-functionally
  • Builds a strong business relationship with the internal client
  • Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks
  • Resource the key talents effectively
  • Identifies and prepares development plans for the key and high potential employees
  • Facilitates the management team to bring best solutions for employees
  • Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management
  • Requirements :

  • University degree of relevant studies
  • 3 years and above of HR generalist experience preferably in a large multi-national business environment
  • Strong working knowledge and experience of labor law and practices of China, a must exposure to labor laws and practices in other countries is desirable
  • Clarity of thought and action strong ability to simplify must be able to take decisions and solve problems. Must effectively integrate numerous inputs and information to provide a clear understanding of required change
  • Be a self-starter with an outstanding roll-up-sleeves -attitude, who is used to driving and executing processes, projects and tasks externally and internally
  • Combination of Operational and Strategic Mindset - extremely strong in prioritizing and solving issues throughout a global matrix organization
  • Possess superior communication skills (oral and written) with ability to present confidently in front of senior executives
  • Ability to execute, work and create momentum for change within a cross functional, geographically diverse team environment
  • Ability to assess and enhance effective collaborations with different work councils regionally in order to facilitate required change
