  • Support Relationship Managers in opening accounts for walk-in commercial customers, including to complete account opening documents
  • Perform basic review on customers, handle customer enquiry and requests, and deliver customer-focused solutions
  • Monitor daily administrative activities to ensure the provision of efficient and customer-focused service to enhance customer experience
  • Requirements

  • Degree holder in related disciplines
  • Relevant experience in banking or financial institutions, preferably in Commercial Banking
  • Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
