Lead site Admin team and monitor Admin activities in plant like cleaning, office management, security, dormitory, canteen to meet Henkel / SHEQ requirements
Government relation management
Employee satisfaction improvement and Internal coordination in Humen site
2-3 years working experience in HR / Administration fields prefer in plant operation
Bachelor of Business administration or Economic or other related majors
Fluent English ability
Good cross-depts communication skills and teamwork spirit
Strong sense of responsibility
