Understand the Raffles Brand and Butler professional standards.
Organize all aspects of the hotel butler service, ensure section both in determination and daily planning, provides strategic direction for staff to deliver first-
class service, places emphasis on total guest care and satisfaction
Cooperate, coordinate and communicate with other hotel departments as required.
Creates and maintains good stay experience to guests, find out guest’s preference and make records and files, do special set up accordingly.
Ensure communication and follow up on any problems, fully conversant with all hotel emergency procedures Raffles Hotels & Resorts continues to grow, with new openings in Warsaw, Shenzhen, Suzhou, Jeddah and Sharm El Sheikh Egypt.
