General Summary :
The automation engineering position assists with technology innovation, development, integration, and demonstration of new tooling, automation and processing technologies for current and future CommScope products, thus improving quality, cycle time and profitability.
The ideal candidate will be able to provide input for conceptual mechanical designs with creativity and ingenuity. A successful candidate will also have a some knowledge in electrical controls and / or systems design and affinity with control software.
The engineer will collaborate across multiple internal functional departments and with internal / external customers and suppliers to develop partnerships, allowing rapid development and demonstration of new technology concepts and solutions.
