Purpose of Job : Contribute to and execute market segment strategy for assigned China territories and customers in Specified (Consumer Goods);
drive above market sales growth; apply a systematic customer sales management process inclusive of full use of systems (e.g. CRM, TAR etc.)
Essential Function 1 : Manage current sales and grow future business
Responsible for achieving GSIP (PM) targets (Sales, Margin and AR / Overdues)
Maintain and grow existing customers
Develop new business
Daily sales operation, including TAR, RFQ, AR collection, QNS, and other sales reports
Essential Function 2 : Align and implement marketing strategy
Align with Segment and global / key account strategies, define and develop local business opportunities
Collect market information, includes mega-trend, industry & customers information, and competition activities
Market analysis and support marketing activities incl. trade show, seminar, workshop, etc.
Essential Function 3 : Customer relationship management
Support segment head to define and implement customer segmentation strategy
Provide professional service to customer based on service level
Mapping up and managing different stakeholders at customer end
Required Education and Business Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical / Polymer or similar technical education, Proficient in English, additional business education / degree is preferred
Min. 2 years’ experience in Sales in a Chemical company, plastic polymer background is preferred
Be familiar with consumer goods marketing in China is better
