Senior Training Specialist

Job Description

1.Responsible for the annual training planning, including the interview of training needs, , implementation, process management, evaluation, and optimize the training program

2. Act as the facilitator and coach, continuously improve the effectiveness of new employee orientation, soft skill courses and supervisor management courses through the use of various training techniques

3. Develop internal instructors, formulated management and incentive policies

4. Coordinated with the global talent development plan, responsible for the planning, implementation and effect evaluation of the talent development work

5. Designed targeted solutions, including but not limited to the training field, according to the status and problems of each business unit, and promoted the implementation

6. Operation and maintenance of e-learning online training system

Requirement 1. Bachelor degree or above

2. At least 6 years of relevant experience in training development or internal training field, with HRBP experience is preferred

3. Experience in independently developing courses based on business needs, or relevant qualifications in training fields are preferred

4.Deep thinking and business awareness, be able to solve problems by comprehensive use of various training tools and relevant experience

5. Ability of cross-team coordination and cooperation, good communication skills and business understanding

6. Good questioning skills, good at combing and clarifying questions
