KEY RESULT AREAS AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
In charge of specific brand expense documents checking and booking
Expense monthly allocation and accrual
Related expense report generation and analysing
Project related monthly follow-up and adjustment
Ad hoc assignment by supervisors
Accounting processes efficiency improvement execution, e.g. RPA, Excel VBA, etc.
Accounting record archiving and digitalization
Bachelor degree in finance and accounting or related
Above two years’ experience in Accounting department and more than one year GL related working experience is a must.
Fluent in written and spoken English
Familiar with ERP / MS OFFICE etc. software, SAP experience is a plus
Good at Microsoft, i.e. excel, PPT preparation
Basic VBA or RPA knowledge is a plus
Willing to challenge new tasks and accept to work under pressure
Good communication and presentation skills
