Position : KA Strategic Senior Sales Manager

Report to : KA Strategic Sales Director
Good understanding in customer segmentation execution;
Holistic view of vertical business development in new and existing key account;
Develop a comprehensive strategic selling plan for the ability-to-win (opportunity assessment) of targeted accounts.;
Good knowledge in 3 levels of selling methodology (product, tactical and strategic);
Support Sales Directo to optimizes KA management system, procedures and guidelines together with internal & external stakeholders;
Efficiently manages department resources and cost;
Ensures compliance at all levels of company policies and procedures.
At least 5 years of Key Account Management and 3 years of sales leadership role of more than 5 direct reports on national basis;
Ability to call high with the solid experience in board room selling;
Able to lead the team to upsell and penetrate for higher share of wallet of each existing account;
Must be able to coach and map out the key stakeholders in the key account selling process including political mapping structure;
Ability to mobilize both internal and external resource to win.
Provide different strategies for acquisition account and retention account to the team.
