Responsibilities : Efficiency projects
Tracking promotion effectiveness
Maintains and build up marketing work processed by coordinating information and requirements with related operational departments;
participating with and providing resources to Regional Market Development (RMD) roles.
Act as liaison between marketing team and other function teams, to streamline the flow from marketing planning to full implementation of marketing initiatives.
Maintain and check out marketing effectiveness to ensure marketing investment (labor, time, money) have been utilized in an effective and efficient manner.
Lead and organize marketing excellence projects, to analysis effectiveness and efficiencies of current marketing activities, and work out improving projects for future marketing activities.
Facilitate Marketing head to build up a productive and creative learning organization.
Collect and analyze market trends from macro economy, customer and competition perspectives. Work together with product managers or market development managers to sensitively capture early market trend, update market intelligence in a regular basis (monthly).
Minimum Requirements / Qualifications :
At least 5 years of project management experience. Being logical and analytical.
Positive communication style, strong willingness to support, great sense of ownership, demonstrate can do altitude, result driven.
Excellent communication skills (listing and expressing), and presentation skills.
Be capable of handling conflict and changes.
B.S. or higher degree in biochemistry, chemical engineering, biotechnology, biology or chemistry
