PRIMARY PURPOSE OF JOB :
Financial ownership of e-Commerce, Modern Channel and Bandsaw
Provide financial inside / judgement on business cases / projects through financial modelling and scenario analysis
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES :
e-Commerce, Modern Channel and Bandsaw financial reporting (Actual analysis, forecasting and OP)
Business case / Project follow up and monitoring during implementation and afterwardsBusiness Partnership
Drive performance management and control through right visibility
Perform financial and business evaluation on business plans and proposals to ensure sustainable financial performance and value creation.
Provide full transparency on main business KPI’s and performance analysis
Process setup / fine-tuning to ensure seamless communication across the matrix
EMPLOYEE SPECIFICATIONS (MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED AND KEY PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS)
BS in Accounting or Finance required, and MBA preferred.
Minimum +7 years working experience in finance and accounting, preferably in MNC
Retail / FMCG with online channel experience is a plus
Business partnership with FP&A expertise in a commercial environment is a must
High proficiency in MS Office as well as accounting software, preferably having experience in SAP.
Excellent English writing and speaking skills
High team spirit and commitment, systematic and target-oriented working style
Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, data modeling, financial planning and analysis
Possess good communication skills and influence skill
Possess high level of integrity and positive working attitude
