Human Resources Manager / Senior Manager, PP Yingkou

This position will act as HR Business Partner to ASSA ABLOY PP Yingkou leadership team. Key to success in the role is the ability to drive HR operational excellence in support of PPYK overall business strategy, as key member of PP HR team to support HR strategy development, Project leadership as an independent thinker.

Also he / she needs to act as solid executor of PP overall HR strategies, practices and processes. This role also is required to lead PP China wide COE project, like C&B or Talent Practice.

This role is reporting to HR Director, PP and dotted line reporting to General Manager of PP Yingkou.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned :

Understanding business needs, partner with business leaders to interpret business strategy into HR and administration priorities and working plan for the company, and drive the execution of them.

Enhance company's HR practice, system and procedures to be more efficient and effective.

Manage and execute workforce planning and recruiting process

Address various level talent's needs, work out training plan for the company, implement training and development activities and follow up result

Fulfil HR operations including Compensation and Benefit management, contract management, HR system maintenance, Performance Management, generate and analyse HR related management reports, etc

Drive and ensure compliance of HR operation

Employee relationship management. Deal with labor dispute, set up prevention and correction actions to avoid unnecessary labor dispute and protect employer image

Aligning the company's HR processes with group HR processes & tools.

Lead PP China HR projects from time to time

Administration management, including but not limited on supporting functional departments in Security, Cleaning, transportation, Canteen, dormitory, reception, office furniture, stationery and office equipment, etc.

Maintain good government relationship and transact related procedures, such as Labor Bureau, Insurance bureau, local governments etc.

Company image and event management, including planning, preparation, implementation, follow-up and vendor management.

Undertaking any other ad hoc projects as and when required by the General Manager.

Education / Experience / Requirements :

Bachelor's Degree, Master's preferred

  • 6-8 years
  • of progressively responsible experience in Human Resources (at least 3 year experience in HRBP or related role), past experience in C&B is preferred

  • Clear Logic thinking and good communication skill
  • Culture Adaptive :
  • worked in JV companies, or worked in both MNC and Local Private companies experience is preferred, or the person has proven successful experience in manage change / transition

  • Independent thinker and Independent contributor :
  • he / she need to have proven successful experience in managing HR project independent as leader, or lead HR strategy (big or small is ok) independently.

    Diversified knowledge of key HR processes and practices - recruitment, training, compensation, performance management, talent development, employee relations, change management

    Ability and desire to establish, develop and maintain productive business relationships at all levels of the organization

    Solid understanding of China Employment law and Compliance environment, union relations experience a plus.

    Can work under pressure, has willingness to challenge

    Language Skills

    Ability to effectively communicate in the English language verbally and in writing.

    Ability to construct succinct and efficient executive level communication
