Time

Support of the Littelfuse computing environment including but not limited to desktops, laptops, wireless technologies, print services, remote access services, communications technologies, and network infrastructure hardware and software.

Responsible for maintaining all software on the PC and Servers (Office, scanning, etc)

The resolution, management, and accounting of incidents reported to the Helpdesk via the global Helpdesk trouble ticket management tool.

Direct and promote an end-user computing environment and support system which extends computing capability directly to the end-user in terms of software tools, computer hardware, development / maintenance guidelines, training, and consulting.

Guides and provides direction to the user community in the assessment and analyzing of business and departmental information processing needs and requirements to provide cost-effective computing solutions, whether of a traditional and nontraditional data processing orientation.

Assist in the development of plans and procedures critical to the ongoing operation of Littelfuse business. This includes disaster recovery, security administration, standards and policies.

Work closely with other groups to coordinate plans and activities including coordination to facilitate specific projects that involve the computing environment, and the installations of new products.

Maintain service level commitment to user areas. Negotiate satisfactory agreements to meet or exceed requirements as these requirements fit the overall company objectives.

Maintain project documentation for accuracy, completeness, and conformance to standard.

Assist management with direction setting for the IT department as this relates to the achievement of corporate strategic initiatives.

Provide oversight to ensure that appropriate levels of security are implemented.

Continuously strive to improve client support, identifying opportunities and recommending solutions for improving service efficiency and effectiveness.

Maintain and develop documentation on systems supported. Maintain infrastructure standards documentation and support data such as address lists, maintenance logs etc.

Maintenance of accurate records on IT inventory (PCs, mobile devices, network devices,etc.)
