Identify gaps or conflicts in existing ads policies or issues raised by relevant teams, and conduct research on key issues of local, regional and global ads policies.
2 Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (product, sales, T&S, GR, PR and legal teams etc), develop scalable solutions, and work towards consensus across the organization.
3 Provide objective, thorough, and data-driven recommendations to leadership; clear and actionable suggestions to policy teams.
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.3 years of experience in the digital advertising industry.
Understanding of international politics, culture, and ads policies. Preferred Qualifications MBA or Master's degree.Legal background, familiar with local or global laws related to digital advertising.
Experience working in international Internet / social media companies. Fast execution and excellent communication and organizational ability.
Passionate about Internet industry and willing to grow with the company in the process of learning by dealing with emerging global issues and challenges.
