Responsibilities : Execute on regional real estate plans to deliver on key GRE portfolio metrics Partner with internal functions and external Real Estate providers for transaction, design and project management to ensure the successful execution of real estate strategies and enable the businesses to meet their objectives.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with senior management in the business across the region striving to provide excellent customer service in all the aspects of delivery from the Global Real Estate (GRE) team.
Partner with the APAC Project Manager and Global Construction team to ensure the delivery of high quality working environments and assist Honeywell through its on-going transformation while managing to a budget.
Manage the integrity of data across the region to enable proactive portfolio management and optimize Honeywell’s use of its property assets across the region, exploiting cost and space reduction opportunities.
Support the RE Leader on strategic regional portfolio analysis, planning & reporting. Apply knowledge of best practice within the real estate industry and conduct all property related activities in line with corporate policy and procedures.
Collaborate with external partners including leading cross-functional teams across multiple projects ensuring clear accountability and obtaining results.
Daily interface with senior leaders within the business to establish their requirements, determine real estate strategies and report out on progress.
Collaborate with internal Honeywell functions to drive project planning and execution. Education, Knowledge and Experience : Bachelor degree in Real Estate, Business Management or Finance.
At least 5 years Corporate Real Estate function experience with MNC. Experience with Greenfield projects in China and familiar with the land purchase and permitting process is preferred.
