MAIN PURPOSE

  • Build & maintain solid relationship with celebrities, KOLs, socialites; support on corporate communications project; deeply involve in Reputation Management projects;
  • make sure of smooth internal processes.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Key responsibility 1
  • Work closely with line manager to build & maintain solid relationship with celebrities, KOLs, socialites and influencers.

  • Key responsibility 2
  • Support line manager to develop effective celebrity strategy, budget and action plan.

  • Key responsibility 3
  • Support line manager on celebrity negotiation and on-site management on project basis.

  • Key responsibility 4
  • Deeply involve in reputation management projects, including annual plan and project plan development, daily communications, project execution, and regular report update.

  • Key responsibility 5
  • Support on corporate / art / cultural project.

  • Key responsibility 6
  • Support line manager on yearly planning and budget management; ensure smooth internal process.

  • Key responsibility 7
  • Monitor agency and vendors’ work to make sure of good delivery.

    Celebrity-related reports including :

  • Monthly exposure
  • Weekly dressing WIP
  • Competitor celebrity overview, updated on monthly basis
  • Monthly alert on industry news
  • Competitor-related reports including :

  • Monthly Event Overview
  • Monthly Cover Overview
  • Monthly Paid Editorial Overview
  • Monthly social posts overview with highlights on big events / campaign launches etc
  • Requirements :

    Master / Bachelor degree or equivalent

    Required experience :

    5 years above of related PR / MKT experience, preferably with luxury jewellery / watch brand.

    Technical skills / abilities :

  • Fluent in English
  • French is added value
  • Excellent computer proficiency with MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Personal skills

    The successful candidate will have the following personal qualities :

  • High flexibility and independent working style
  • Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, detailed, result-oriented
  • Self-motivated, team-working spirit, pro-active, co-operative, reliable
  • Able to travel frequently
  • Work closely and smoothly with HQ and peers from Marcom, Legal, Procurement, Finance, Customer Service, Retail and E-commerce team.
