Your tasks and responsibilities :

  • Win customer projects / tenders and deliver against all marketing / sales performance KPIs (e.g. orders, revenue)
  • Define and market forward looking customer solutions with portfolio elements from HC and beyond outperforming competition
  • Provide insights into the local market, customer needs and decision criteria and needed portfolio elements
  • Define and implement necessary supplementary services to educate and develop managed department employees
  • Lead portfolio lifecycle management, targeting, prioritization and sales funnel management initiatives
  • Establish a marketing / sales excellence culture and manage the variety of country sales channel for ES products
  • Your qualificationsand experience :

  • BS / BAin related discipline, or advanced degree, where required, or equivalentcombination of education and experience.
  • Certification may be required in someareas

  • Marketing / Sales background in healthcare with a focus on solutions and services sales
  • Commercialand business awareness with excellent negotiation skills
  • Self-motivatedwith a strong drive and a confident approach towards customers
  • Theability to understand enterprise customers needs and to convert them intoconvincing solution proposal
  • Strongcommunication and networking skills
  • Welldeveloped interpersonal skills
  • Flexibilityto cope with very different type and needs of customer as well as changes inthe service portfolio
  • Typically5+ years experience with enterprise customer
  • Typically8+ years of marketing / sales with aproven track record of overachieving order intake, revenue and profit targets
  • Expertisein Siemens products desirable but not compulsory
