Job description :

1.Employee relationship & HR Administration

Objective : Ensure the correct administration & employee control in order to be in line with different legal requirements.

Plan and administrate in the most efficient way of the employee's benefits and services.

  • HR Management : Employees database and Attendance management. As well as Legal contracts and HR allowances management.
  • Data reports (Group reports) and HR Strategy : Develop HR KPI's to help management in decision making and the HR strategy.
  • HR Consulting Services : Administration and follow up of the HR consulting services (local and expatriates).
  • 2.Payroll and C&B

  • Objective : Be the backup of Payroll. Develop efficient HR tools to help payroll, IIT declaration, C&B analyzing, job grading and communicate within the group and different partners;
  • compliancy with local rules and group policies.

  • Responsibility and commitment for the monthly payroll : Monitor and adapt to the payroll processes.
  • Management of the HR Allowances : Housing, leisure travel, school, healthcare, social charge
  • HR Consulting Services follow up and Invoicing : Follow up the HR services for local and non-local (including expatriates) provided to Group entities.
  • Make sure the process is followed and the invoices are sent to customers.

  • IIT Declaration : Perform monthly the IIT declaration for local and expatriates. Collect different data to ensure a compliancy in IIT declaration.
  • And transmit the information to the France department.

  • Payroll Shared Services : Develop a single process and tool.
  • Set up a global HR system in 2019 : Payroll Management, C&B, OT and leaves, Social charges and IIT management
  • Compliance with local rules and Group Policies : IIT Declaration, Social Charges, as well as the compliance with Group internal control by adapting process and tools to the IC requirements.
  • The contract is first 1 year contract then can be discussed based on performance and group decision.

    Votre profil

    Candidate skills & requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above.
  • Above 5 years working experience in HR area including payroll function, multiple culture from WOFE or manufacturing industry is preferred.
  • Be familiar with Chinese labor law, and national & local HR policy, rules and regulation.
  • English language should be fluent both in spoken and written. French is a plus.
  • Good computer skills especially in Microsoft office.
  • Good data quality and analytical ability.
  • Able to effectively support HR team & Business.
  • Manages own time effectively, can handling multiple demands.
  • Good communication skills.
