Under the leadership of HR Associate Director and manage first stage of recruiting process. Enhance solid networking with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Build up direct sourcing capability and develop employer branding via digital approach. Work closely with HR business partners to understand the company objectives and talent landscape to construct plans and strategies to improve recruitment performance.


Key responsibility 1 Talent Planning and Process excellence

  • Understand the impact of business strategy and implicate to recruitment plan and priority, get involved into workforce planning together with HR business partner and business leaders
  • Develop and maintain effective recruitment channels and explore new opportunity for strategic sourcing.
  • Highly capable of market intelligence, talent mapping and industry’s best practices sharing
  • Drive the recruitment KPIs to shorten the lead time, improve the job-person match and reduce the recruitment cost
  • Optimize current recruitment process and enhance the internal referral program
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
  • Key responsibility 2 Partnership and Channel management

  • Use advanced sourcing techniques (search engines, social networks, job boards, user groups, competitive intelligence, databases and direct recruiting techniques) to deliver best-in-class talent solutions
  • Manage RPO vendor(s) to achieve the results in an effective way
  • Evaluate vendor’s performance on annual basis together with procurement function and improve the quality of service delivery
  • Explore effective social media recruitment channels
  • Develop the strategic partnership with agency, searching firm, head-hunter and maintain the long-term relationship
  • Key responsibility 3 Talent Selection, engagement and data analytics

  • Support business to conduct initial talent screening and assessment, qualified candidate’s recommendation and pipelining, and candidate relationship management
  • Conduct data analysis and identify the opportunity, improvement area to develop recruitment strategy
  • Lead the employer branding related projects to engage external candidates

  • Bachelor degree or above with major in Human Resources, Business, or English Language
  • 5 to 8 years solid experience in Talent acquisition function in luxury industry with 2-3 years of people responsibility.
  • In-house internal communication, talent engagement related experiences as preferable

  • Be familiar with Success Factor System to manage the data
  • Excellent communication and people management skills
  • Effective in analytical, influencing, planning & execution
  • Strong capability in talent sourcing within an organization by improving direct hiring
  • Proven evidence on employment branding or / and EVP development
  • Strong relationship with external strategic partners
  • Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
  • Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases
  • Client-oriented with a high degree of customer focus
  • Proficiency in fluent spoken and written English and Mandarin
  • Microsoft Office applications, particularly in Word and Excel
