As a member of Publicis.Sapient HiringTeam, you are responsible for identifying, evaluating negotiating offers andclosing candidates Sapient wishes to employ.
The Sr. Associate, Hiring positionrequires excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong orientationto detail, and strong organizational skills.
In performing the essentialfunctions of this role, the work environment is fast-paced, moderately noisyand team-based. Additionally, frequent travel may be required.
Consult with and advises managementregarding hiring needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications andskills
Develop and maintain a network of contactsto help identify and source qualified candidates
Initiate contact with possible qualifiedcandidates for specific positions
Determine which candidates to contact andwhich to refer for additional interviews within Sapient
Manage the hiring and feedback process fortheir candidates
Determine appropriate recruiting vehicles toleverage for each job opening
Represent Sapient at various recruitingevents
Develop and maintain contact with schools,alumni groups, and other public organizations to find and attract applicants
Ensure on-going communication withapplicants during the recruitment process
Make presentations at educationalinstitutions, professional organizations, and job fairs regarding theorganization and its opportunities
REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
Bachelor degree or above education level
3 to 5 years as a professional recruiter
Proven ability to prioritise and multi-taskaccordingly
Experience in solving practical problems anddealing with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limitedstandardization exists
Fluency in Chinese Mandarin and English
