  • Responsible for managing the Wholesale Credit underwriting of all current CNH Industrial dealers in China, Hong Kong and Mongolia and new dealer applicants.
  • Ensure appropriate credit limits are set to enable dealers to order and sell CNH Industrial equipment while mitigating any inherent risks.
  • Recommend credit support instruments to manage the risk of Credit Line increases for Agriculture dealers
  • Responsible for protecting company assets at the same time through proper evaluation of all credit requests, establishing credit limits, and ensuring that all financing granted is adequately documented and secured by appropriate collateral
  • Provide credit reviews for work-out and problem dealer scenarios, applying prudent risk management while balancing the overall impacts on CNH equipment sales.
  • Accountable for applying underwriting policy and procedures to manage risk.
  • Responsible for improving underwriting efficiencies while ensuring adequate risk management.
  • Collaborate with Commercial Lending Department by providing financial statement analysis and credit reviews to ensure financial health of dealership network
  • Participation in company cross-functional / cross-brand / cross-country projects.
  • Ensure all applicable internal Credit DOA requirements are observed
  • Ensure prudent Risk Management practices - proper monitoring of dealership financial performance in order to maintain a financially healthy CNH dealer network and proper distribution of CNH products critical to brand targets
  • Minimize losses - ensure proper legal documentation and security of credit facilities is provided in order to limit losses in case of dealership failure
  • Collaborate with Network Development to review and approve new dealers that satisfy the credit quality requirements to ensure proper distribution of CNH Industrial products
  • Education and Skills required

    Experience required

  • Degree in Finance (or equal through experience).
  • Complex problem solving ability, creative thinking.
  • Leading and organizational skills.
  • Presentation , training and coaching skills.
  • Manage conflicting priorities and initiate appropriate action. Escalate issues when necessary
  • P erform under pressure, respect tight deadlines
  • Language skills English advanced (oral and writing)
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office is required.
  • Minimum experience of 5 years within Commercial or Wholesale Credit is required.
  • Knowledge of equipment financing industry , business processes and structure is an asset
  • Economics skills (macro and industry analysis)
  • Strong communication skills , both written and verbal
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interface with an variety of internal and external counterparties
