China Auto Commercial Manager
Reports to Commercial Leader of EP Asia and manages a growing team. Ability and willingness to travel regularly domestically and occasionally regionally / internationally.
Adherence to company core values, code of conduct.
Annual profit objective / budget planning (AOP) and detailed annual business operating plan management for achieving desire results, including CVM, Volume, Product Mix and Opportunity Pipeline.
Establish and maintain productive peer-to-peer relationships with customers and prospects. Manage customer expectations efficiently.
Develop growth pipeline and manage the projects with high growth potential.
Coordinate with Global and Regional team to drive new products and application in Auto & E-Mobility segments, including interface with Global Segment Leaders.
Work closely with Distribution Manager and Distributors to drive the business.
Build high-level partnership and Coordinate the Asia activities in assigned Global Key Accounts for sustainable growth.
Lead team change initiatives by continuously assessing the need for organizational change to support exponential growth.
Develop People. Mentor and coach the team to reach their potential.
Proactively assess existing and future organization needs and advocate for investment accordingly.
Other assignments as assigned by the management.

Qualifications and Experience
Ten or more years of experience in plastics or related industries. Engineering Plastics field is a strong plus.
At least five or more years of experience of effective sales or marketing leader with the ability to work effectively with cross functional teams.
At least five years in automotive industry is preferred, deep understanding of automotive industry. EV is a strong plus.
Advanced degree or equivalent in a relevant subject area and or MBA
Demonstrated leadership and commitment to ethics and integrity in an organization
