  • Perform fundamental accounting and tax jobs in GBA finance
  • Keep seamless communication and coordination with TJ Finance team
  • Business

  • On-site support to Guangzhou Business dept for any Finance related matters, such as onboarding, offboarding process, fixed asset physical count
  • Processes

  • Take accounting entry maker role to perform closing entries timely and correctly
  • Take maker role for financial reporting
  • Perform account reconciliations and ensure compliance with FCP
  • Prepare local government and regulator related transactions such as bank, tax claim etc.
  • Provide accounting / tax support to SCBM
  • Perform annual examination with related local authorities
  • Be responsible for financial / tax document filing and retention
  • Perform tax incentives and subsidies application
  • Work with 3rd party bank on cash management and bank reconciliation
  • Risk Management

  • Keep DOIs are up-to-date, and comply with Group Accounting policy and local regulatory
  • Regulatory & Business Conduct

  • Solid accounting / tax knowledge
  • Strong communication skill with positive attitude
  • Fluent in both writing and Oral English
  • Finance / Accounting / Tax related bachelor or above
