Your Role We are looking for a HR Specialist to join our growing HR team. What You Will Do Provide support to Beijing office in the areas of recruiting, employee relations, compensation & benefits, policy administration, employee communications, performance management, learning and professional development programs.
Ensures compliance with Gensler policies and employment laws.
Handle and ensure all immigration and visa requests are handled appropriately
Handle employee relations issues, growth opportunities, future staffing assignments based on skills / goals, etc
Assists employees with benefits and payroll questions.
Maintain and coordinate on-boarding and new staff orientation programs (GO!)
Support on annual PDP program and ensure the program is successful
Implement and facilitate learning and development programs and processes
Involvement in staffing and other operational functions within the offices
Assist leaders / managers on handling performance reviews and termination
Ensure the best practices are adopted throughout the offices
Other duties and responsibilities as appropriate Your Qualifications Bachelors degree with around 5-10 years experience, architecture or professional services firm experience preferred
Expert in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of InDesign a plus
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
Strong project management skills and excellent ability to handle multiple competing priorities
Excellent organizational skills; attention to detail
Ability to quickly learn systems, processes and procedures
Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities / skills
Strong client focus, consultative skills and ability to influence others
Team player with the ability to establish collaborative working relationships
