Sales Excellent Manager

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Develop and deliver blended learning tracks (behaviour and tool learning) and provide day-to-day coaching to the sales groups in the market.

Actively develop Philips’ sales capabilities by improving operational sales execution, skills and knowledge x-market in close cooperation with Sales Excellence Lead, Commercial Leaders and Sales Professionals.

You are responsible for

  • Develops, maintains and improves relations with existing and new customers to keep or to set Philips as preferred supplier.
  • Responsible for sales of the assigned portfolio
  • Initializing and coordinating all Philips efforts in order to achieve and exceed own and sales teams quotas.
  • Full understanding of area of specialization; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways.
  • Has a complete knowledge of company products and services.
  • Frequently interacts with customers, and / or functional peer group managers, normally involving matters between functional areas, other company divisions or units, or customers and the company.
  • Managing small projects for multiple clients within own environment.
  • Research and conclusions dedicated to specific questions.
  • Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
  • Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and problem solving techniques.
  • Networks with senior internal and external professionals in own area of expertise.
