The company has won multiple Emmy and VES awards for its work. Recent films projects Marvel’s Avengers Endgame, The Star Wars Franchise & Game of Thrones.

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Recruiter to join our team at THE THIRD FLOOR Beijing, the newest office of the world’s preeminent Visualization Studio with the heart and soul of an artist-driven company.

It is an opportunity to make a significant impact on attracting and securing the best talent in the industry and play an instrumental role in our current (and future) growth.

We’re looking for a Recruiter who’s an all-in-one talent and networking guru, culture evangelist, and thought leader, and who has an appetite to roll their sleeves up to design and deploy recruitment programs that will continue to drive our talent efforts.

You will work closely with Head of HR, Casting department, and the General Manager to provide a pipeline of highly-qualified and available talent for our various job openings.

What it takes to succeed : a creative eye, keen mind for problem solving, and sound understanding of recruiting / hiring best practices.

The right candidate will have exercised their artistic eye in a past role, either in art / animation / fx / games recruiting or working in art or production in a related field.

Responsibilities :

  • Oversees and manages the full recruiting cycle from searching, interviewing, signing, onboarding orientation as well as career advancement.
  • Source, recruit, and evaluate qualified talent through various TTF systems, social networking, job boards, referrals, and TTF's internal network to find the best talent in the industry.
  • Handle multiple searches in a timely manner with professionalism and proactive communication.
  • Conduct pre-screen phone calls, interviews, rate negotiations, and reference checks.
  • Develop, exercise and update HR policies and practices on a regular basis.
  • Facilitate signings of employee contracts and NDAs.
  • Coordinate and conduct new-hire orientation and assist new employees with new-hire paperwork.
  • Prep our regular Reel Review session with Heads of Creative to review resumes and reels for assessment of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
  • Plan and attend industry recruiting, networking, as well as industry and college campus events.
  • Adapt quickly to constant change in hiring priorities (our company moves quickly!).
  • Perform general administrative functions including employee file maintenance.
  • Plan and host internal events; e.g. student tours.
  • Essential Skills :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, FileMaker Pro, Google Calendar and Docs.
  • Prior experience with researching and executing recruitment systems and processes to improve efficiencies and the candidate experience.
  • Prior experience recruiting for an entertainment company and recruiting for artistic talent is a must!
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, university relations, and employment branding.
  • Mandarin speaker.
