  • Local market penetration in Auto & Transportation Coating customers, covering 3 Legacy product line, including former PMD additives, Tego additives & co-
  • binders, Silica & Matting agents

  • Develop key & focus account plans within the assigned territory
  • Develop and implement sales plan jointly with other functions to achieve the target as agreed with the business line
  • Implement the Operating & Execution Plan for Coating & Ink Additives business within the territory
  • Manage distributors by holding regular review meetings, joint customer calls, developing action plans and measuring the performances
  • Manage direct accounts and build up relationship plan
  • Submit sales forecast and sales plan to support the business line strategy
  • Submit timely customer reports. Communicate market / competition information and regular account updates
  • Commit the sales budget
  • Provide first level of sales and technical support to distributor
  • Support product promotional activities i.e. trade shows / exhibitions, advertisements etc
  • Identify business opportunities and achieve the success working closely with marketing, technology and other supporting functions
  • Collect market intelligence including competitive information & share it with business team and relevant functions
  • Perform other relevant responsibilities assigned as new opportunities arise

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree holder preferably in Chemistry, Polymer Science, or Chemical Engineering
  • At least 5 years of sales experience in Additives or Specialty Chemicals related Coatings & Inks preferably with Multinational company
  • Open, Honest & Positive Attitude, Self-motivated with Passion in meeting business objectives / targets
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently under high pressure with minimum supervision
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
