EssentialFunctions :

  • Design and Execute Real World Late Stage Research Projects.
  • oDesign and execute research regarding safety / effectiveness / valuequestions that can be evaluated using retrospective and / or prospectiveobservational research methodologies.

  • Collaborate in responding to proposalsand representing inVentiv at bid defences.Provide input into trial design to meet client needs;
  • support protocoldevelopment; work with LS Clinical operations to identify PIs and study sites;ensure timely and successful execution, analysis, and reporting of trial;
  • identify publication strategy and ensure its successful execution.

    oProvide completed Real World Late Stage research for our clients;run all trials according to GCPs, ICH and FDA guidelines.

    Analysis of data willlead to publications and thence to improved marketing materials.

  • Real World Late Stage Research Direction
  • oProvide expert real word late stage research direction andopinions which will contribute to development of overall strategy, andcontribute to successful execution of that strategy.

    Stay informed about real world late stagetrends, market trends and regulatory changes which will contribute to theyearly real world late stage initiatives.

    Offer leadership in the design and launch of new real world late stageservices and offerings.

  • Real World Late Stage Business Development :
  • oContribute to Real World Late Stage research proposals and finalstudy report templates to support business development and execution of latestage business.

    Contribute todevelopment of sales and marketing materials (slide presentations, monographs, publications,etc.) to support the Real World Late Stage value proposition to ourclients.

    oMaterials / templates will be housed within the Real World LateStage portal and will be the primary documents to support new businessopportunities.


  • Advanced degree (Master’s or Doctorate) in epidemiology,economics, public health or other health related fields or acceptableequivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of four (4) - seven (7) years of related industryexperience.
  • Proven understanding of retrospective and prospective researchmethods, phase IIIB / IV study designs, and related methodology.
  • Strong personal communication and staff management skills andexperience preferred.
  • Candidate must demonstrate global & regional (as appropriate) RealWorld Late Stage experience.Provenpublication track record in the area of late stage research.
  • Other experience includes extensive experience with personalcomputers; knowledge of statistical software; fluent in written English.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal skills, bothwritten and spoken, with an ability to inform, influence, convince, andpersuade
  • Ability to travel as necessary (approximately 10-20%)
