POSITION SUMMARY :
Responsible for Tommy Jeans China all retail stores’ buy plan and order based on business strategy and seasonal sales target.
Work with planning team to well plan seasonal OTB. Place the accurate buy width and depth to create a premium brand image as well as profit retail.
Responsible for store assortment planning, product flow, mark-down rhythm and in-store inventory level to maximize sales rev. in retail stores.
Closely work with allocation team to execute the product allocation based on initial plan and stores reality.
Drive the internal process to be more efficient, coordinate with retail operation, EC and logistic team to make the Omni-channel more effective.
Collect sale’s feedback, analysis and summary retail performance report regularly, proactively raise action plan to boost sales and manage inventory.
Give feedback to merchandising team, raise product needs, to optimize the assortment to suit to local markets and the product mix to be more commercial.
Monitor product receiving status, drive the on-time receiving rate.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB :
Accountable for sales target, IMU control, Sell Thru achievement, health of retail stock turnover.
Brief Brand VP, merchandising teams on the trend and request of local market, to ensure the suitable assortment for each retail stores.
Make the business forecast and buy plan according to sales analysis, brand strategy, KPI target.
Attend seasonal China market launch to make the style selection and submit the special addition request.
Working close with retail operation team, allocators, supply chain team for quick reaction for the order changes or cancellation
Work closely with Operation department in achieving the sales targets, reporting regularly the products performance to all related function team for reference.
Market survey and analysis of competitors seasonally

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE :
Experience : 8 years’ experience in retail industry, apparel experience is a must
Strong Analytical and communication skills.
Fluent in English and Mandarin.
Good logical sense, good at reporting.
Excellent window office skills, esp. Excel.
Strong interpersonal skills; positive, energetic, empathetic and open minded.
Education : Bachelor degree or above
