Position Overview : The HR Services & Business Partner will support our Canada Goose China HR team. The incumbent will be responsible for timely and accurate HRIS administration, maintenance and reporting, assist with administration of benefits and compensation programs and participate in policy development.

Also, to be the HRBP of all the pop-up store. Key Responsibilities : Key Responsibilities : Lead the whole personnel process and work with 3rd parties from extending offer to the confirmed candidate to employment termination process.

Be the HR SOP owner, develop and maintain it, communicate with related staff who need to follow the SOP, keep improving the HR operation efficiency and fully align with the requirement from internal control.

Daily administration and maintenance of HRIS. Maintain and develop audit processes to ensure accuracy and integrity of data from both CG’s side and the 3rd parties’ sides such as IMX, FESCO and so on.

Write and maintain reports. Assist with development of standard reports for end-user needs and report on HR metrics on a monthly basis.

Provide end-user support, education and provide first-level troubleshooting on HRIS issues for end users. Ensure timely Workday system, benefit program and OA system enrolment and termination.

Verify and track employee eligibility. Process monthly premium statements. Investigates and report discrepancies. Act as first point of contact to HR Business Partners and employees regarding HRIS and Compensation & Benefit program, labor laws and regulations, company / HR policy.

Assist with policy development. Work as HR Business Partner to support all pop-up store staff’s HR matters. Other duties as required.

Experience, Education and Designations : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Administration Management, Business, Economics related major is preferred 3+ years progressive experience in a similar role with emphasis on HRIS, benefits and compensation administration Familiar with labor laws and regulations Experience supporting an HR function considered an asset Advanced skills in MS Office suite of tools (e.

g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Knowledge, Skills and Attributes : Technologically adept and ability to work with multiple Microsoft applications and HRIS (Workday experience an asset).

  • Exceptional attention to detail and committed to a high degree of accuracy. Ability to think proactively, critically and independently to make good decisions;
  • an inquisitive problem solver. Academic and / or working knowledge of human resources programs and polices. Ability to work in a highly dynamic and fast paced environment with a high degree of change and ambiguity;
  • able to work efficiently under pressure and prioritize. Excellent grammar, business letter and report writing skills. Ability to organize moderate amounts of business information and develop it into cohesive, professional reports and presentations.

    A clear and succinct communicator (verbal and written); excellent listening skills. Understand and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
