Job Description : Essential Functions of the job : SFE Process : Drive and coordinate the key SFE process, such as quarterly field force deployment, sales target setting, annual listing target setting, new brand launch territory allocation and ect.
Customer management in CRM system, deliver sales force execution effectiveness and efficiency including customer profiling, segmentation and targeting, institution coverage and calling planning, provide valuable analysis and insight to management team Support incentive scheme design to drive sales force motivation meanwhile meet business strategies directions within incentive budget Deal with sales appeal and special appeal, suggest good practice to improve sales effectiveness Executive current SFE SOP and keep optimizing the standard process Field Force Effectiveness Analysis : Pprovide management team and sales force productivities analysis and solid solutions based on specific company strategies and business needs Identify outlier performance territory through sales performance data analysis & tracking ( IMS & internal ) SFE Related Project : Lead SFE related project, including but not limited in : hospital listing strategy plan, hospital potential project, new product luanch Field Force Training & Communication Organize sales team training including but not limited in SFE related system / report / SOP / incentive Keely closely and actively communication with filed force in terms of sales performance issues Qualification Required : Qualifications and Competencies : 8 years in SFE, CRM, or business analysis function in pharma industry, prefer to have sales management experience Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical sales force effectiveness concepts, including customer segmentation & targeting with rich experience in incentive / territory management / CRM Deep understanding of sales force performance tracking methodologies and supporting technologies Down to earth and hands-on style;
