Develop internal / employee communication plan for each quarter to ensure all employees in China could be aware of company's key announcement, business priorities, local initiatives with partners, customers, industries and academics as well as the CSR project and Community activities.
Manage internal / employee communication platform and on timely basis to ensure the the most effectively for employees to get the latest information.
Support other employee engagement programs
Manage quarterly based sync up meeting with employee communication community to ensure to get the latest information from key functions for employee communication
Above 1 years’ communications (internal or external) experiences in MNCs
Strong communication skills with senior executives and key stakeholders across the globe
Leadership skills to manage cross functional communities
Good at developing communication skills
Good writing skills in both English and Chines
Positive thinking with passion and creative ideas
