Task Description

Project Planning and Coordination

  • Support for contract activation related projects, aligned with project team for the clear scope, timeline, budget & resource requirements.
  • Plan and follow up working package / tasks from BU side.
  • Coordinate and arrange discussion between project team and BU side, make alignment for decisions.
  • Complete BRDs preparation, FRS review.
  • Project Management and Follow-up

  • Fully engage in assigned projects and working packages and support for project go-live and post go-live issues.
  • Update project status regularly with all stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely & transparent communication and escalation of all issues, risks within the project and provide recommendations on how to solve the problems.
  • Support supervisor in team resource plan and project quality assessment.
  • Define new process and deliver to related parties by training / knowledge.
  • Manage, monitor & document all project related tasks.
  • Support supervisor on foreseeing business challenges and feasibility study.
  • Process and Manual Optimization and Audit related tasks

  • Update contract activation processes, manual and checking points etc. upon request or periodically.
  • Arrange the discussion on checking points and make alignment with related teams.
  • Raise and collect ideas of process & system improvement and checking points change.
  • Support for all internal and external audits, coordinate for docs providing, sample check and other tasks.
  • Follow up for audit findings, align with other teams if necessary.
  • Test AHT when necessary and update to the report and vendor.
  • Special Case Handling with Internal and External Customer

  • Support vendor for any inquiries and issues in their activation work including answering questions, coordinating between vendor and AFC related teams.
  • Answer the dealer inquiries and follow up for any special cases and issues.

  • Complete other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor.
  • Education

  • Bachelor degree in Economics or equivalent
  • Experience

  • Above 3 years relevant experience in a Financial Services Company, Bank, Accounting Firm or other related finance industry or function.
  • Specific Knowledge

  • Sound project management experience is preferred.
  • Sound knowledge in auto finance practice and operational process or corporate banking operations will be preferred
  • Excellent Steering and communication skill towards to internal and external parties
  • Strong team player, responsible, hard working
  • Able to work under pressure and multi-task
  • Sound knowledge about Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent English, both written and spoken
