As a Training Operations Manager, you’ll be managing a team of Regional Training Coordinators (TC’s) across GCR who are located across multiple locations.
You will be responsible for driving operational efficiencies within the Training Coordinator role as well as requirement gathering and implementation for new programs across GCR.
Responsibilities will also include resource management to ensure coverage during leave and attrition and providing coaching and development of the TC’s careers.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate hands-on experience in a training operations role encompassing multiple regions, implementing new products and services, with a customer-
focused and analytical approach. You’ll also be able to demonstrate a history of managing a direct or virtual team.
Manage a team of Regional Training Coordinators across GCR (combination of direct and virtual team)
Provide guidance to the Training Coordinators for unique use cases to ensure compliance with Tax / Legal and Operational guidelines
Perform business analysis on TC utilization and team recommendations around growth
Manage roll outs of the initiatives in region to increase our capabilities of better serving customers (e.g. B2B invoicing automation, B2I Capabilities)
Perform audits on the data and ensure the team is insisting on the highest standards
Work closely with Accounting, Finance, Infrastructure, Tax, Legal, Operations, Vendors and Management teams to deliver initiatives / projects or when dealing with complex / large deals
Work with Training Managers to gauge coverage and performance and act as be their point of escalation
Solid experience in a fast-paced, multinational technology company.
Experience of team management, mentoring and coaching
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and SharePoint
Detailed planning, time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a highly ambiguous environment.
Knowledge and / or hands-on experience with a Learning Management System (LMS).
Hands on experience using SmartSheet would be advantageous
