Day to Day Responsibilities :
Perform test activities including system operation, data collection and report documentation following standard procedures;
Create test plan together with supervisor per customer requirements and update progress periodically;
Report test issues timely and provide recommendations for root cause analysis;
Be responsible for the equipment premaintenance as well as documentation management, such as engineering filings, maintenance / repair records and others related;
Support equipment installation and measurement calibration;
Support lab management including supplies arrangement, sample inventory as well as tools management, etc.;
Support R&D work such as validation test and new test method development;
Ensure EHS conformity in all the related work activities.
Bachelor or Master in mechanical engineering, chemical, or material science;
2 years of hands-on experience in lab, and experience in testing industry is a plus;
Knowledge of fuel (Diesel, Gasoline) combustion is preferred;
Good hands-on skills;
Experience on equipment operation and maintenance;
Data process and interpretation;
Knowledge of inorganic materials and the characterization;
The ability to learn new technology and processes quickly;
Fluent in written and oral English;
Familiar with 5S activities;
Collaboration with global team.
