Drive overall performance of corresponding accounts, including comp, ST%, scale growth, MD and rolling inventory. Help to build solid and reasonable assortment for customer to buy in during trade show.
Monitor and assist customer channel development. Frequent travel to build solid relationship with customers, help to elevate retail performance.
Develop regional assortment guidelines and recommendations in terms of territory / key accounts so as to reach sales objectives

Understand and participate in a consultative approach in managing and directing customers, in the analysis, planning and execution of account business plans.
Establish strong relationships with key customer employees including executives, buyers, in order to influence and execute PUMA’s account plans.
Review and analyze regular reports (product sell-through report, account inventory report)
Participate in sales process, including forecasting and assortment planning process, pre-line meeting, sales meeting, etc) and organize sell-in activities
Establish and foster a strong, collaborative and efficient relationship with key peers in team
Apply retail intelligence and market sensing capabilities (Tracking, Analyzing, Advising)
Cooperate with visual merchandising, retail and SO team to ensure work done
Bachelor degree in Business related majors; master degree preferred.
Good command of computer skills
At least 3 years working experience in sales and retail experience in consumer goods industry (Fashion, Lifestyle, Sports) and franchise management
Adequate English skill in writing and oral
Effective cross-functional working relationship
Strong presentation skills (trade show, training, meeting)
