REPORTING TO Senior VM Manager
To support Senior VM manager to implement maison’s strategic VM launch, enhance Boutiques’ / Specialists’ image and VM quality.
Key responsibility 1
Monitor & support event :
Handle special product / animation window design proposal and installations. (Liaise with HQ, local marketing and commercial dept.).
Brief local vendors on VM projects with all POS requirements, clearly communicating deadlines and pre-empting any potential challenges
Liaise with relevant parties on display / product strategy launching event (HQ VM, commercial, marketing, PR dept. etc.)
Liaise with relevant parties to provide necessary display concept, PLV proposal and VM Plan. (Commercial, marketing, PR dept.)
Monitor event set up and decoration elements.
Handle event product display and showcase set-up.
Key responsibility 2
Supervise Boutiques / Specialists VM :
Supervise VM relevant matters for boutiques / Specialists, e.g. Animation orders, central-stock PLV orders, sales accessories orders, display guideline and completion report.
Monitor boutiques’ / Specialists seasonal / themes &specialists animations’ implementation.
Coordinate and manage local suppliers on new developed PLV, set-up schedule and production.
Work closely with the HQ, local Marketing team to ensure all implementations are in line with the brands current strategy
Seek regular feedback from Store Managers, Commercial Managers and Marketing team
Monitor stores’ opening display and provide the on-site training for store staffs.
Build effective relationships with all stakeholders including; Marketing, Merchandising, Commercial, Operations, HQ VM team and local vendors
Key responsibility 3
Visit Boutiques / Specialists on a regular basis :
Visit boutiques / Specialists regularly to ensure store condition is up to maison standard, in terms of the VM setup, PLV condition and back office’s storage.
Monitor stores’ daily display to ensure all VM animations are well implemented and provide the on-site training for store staffs.
Work closely with SDP, Commercial and store managers to ensure all store maintenances / defects are reported and followed timely.

Monitor teams’ daily tasks :
Supervise & support subordinate’s daily tasks, ensure their development within their roles is managed and encouraged. Their working objectives are in line with teams’.
Key responsibility 5
Monitor VM COMM budget :
Assist line manager to supervise Specialists’ relevance invoices processing and provide clear payment summary and budget control.
COMPETENCY REQUIRED :
Above 8 years of related VM experience, including over 2 years in management role, previously experience in luxury industry is a plus;
Bachelor's degree or above, art and design related majors, strong design sense;
Fluent English, good interpersonal and communication skills;
Self-driven, patient, detail conscious, a creative, well-organized and goal oriented mind;
Willing to travel frequently.
