Achieve pre-set business targets and grow business for the branch on all Wealth & Personal Banking products / services and customer acquisition;
Ensure the delivery of excellent services to customers;
Ensure smooth operations and strict adherence to the work procedures, Bank's policies and local regulatory requirements and all control measures are undertaken to minimize the risk exposure of the Bank;
Contribute to the development of products, delivery channels and marketing strategies for WPB business;
Manage the performance and development of staff.
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in retail banking or sales management with at least 3 years’ experience in managing subordinates;
Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills with high integrity;
Strong sales and customer service orientation, with self-motivation and ability to work under pressure;
Knowledge of the regulations of PBOC, CBIRC, SAFE and taxation;
Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with good knowledge of PC application software.
