Job Description : Develop regional Commercial strategy, lead regional Commercial team to build strategic alliance with key stakeholders and maximize product access through close collaboration with both internal and external partners.
Qualification Required : Distribution management Develop and maintain regional distribution network in compliance with government regulatory, and be responsible for 1st tier distributor evaluation and selection through innovative partnership with distributors to maximize product availability in the market, especially broader market territories, Monitor distributor’s performance and status to ensure the distribution agreement are fully observed and company products are delivered to all targeting sites timely Provincial Bidding Plan and drive implementation of bidding related activities independently or through collaboration with other functions Team management Responsible for regional team management, including team engagement, performance management and competency development Motive and engage team by fostering culture consistent with company values and high business standards Support team members with their career development and retain key talent through collaboration with HR and Sales Training Develop talent pipeline to meet future talents needs by cooperation with HR.
