Set up and manage the e-commerce to match the business development
Access and manage the strategic installers to implement a O2O business model supporting e-commerce
Plan and implement the IAM sales activities into DIFM / DIY market (gas station chain / super market chain / etc.)
Develop and manage the service provider model via effective CRM to ensure the new channel business development with synergies to traditional distribution.
Steering the new business development in HD segment, in terms of product, customer, distribution
Develop and optimize the customer acquisition package for new channel approach, in terms of strategy, training, incentive and etc.
Key Performance Indicators / Key Result Areas
E-commerce sales performance, installer (HD / PC)access quantity, new product sales, new project sales
Internal & External Working Relationships :
External : installers, retailers, dealers, service providers, fleets, e-commerce platforms
Internal : Sales, Marketing, SA, Logistics (China)
Strategic sales + KAM, Headquarters
