About the Role You will
Develop, execute and manage surveillance OEM marketing and go-to-market strategies to drive eco-partner engagement and ensure marketing plan align closely with Seagate surveillance segment strategy and objectivesDevelop, execute and manage the GTM program calendar campaign project plans, including marketing goals, messaging, call to action, follow-up activities, and success metrics for SV OEM partnersLead surveillance and IT4.
0 content development : training materials, solution guidebook, case study and white paperPartner with key OEM customers and strategically develop and plan marketing budget and investment to generate the best ROICapture new trends and application of cutting edge technology to identify marketing opportunity for Seagate surveillance business and IT4.
0Collaborate with surveillance alliance partners to drive the business success in vertical segmentsCollaborate with cross-functional teams i.
e. revenue and product team, digital marketing, PR as well as a business team to determine event / program objectives and drive pre and post-execution activitiesEvaluate, measure and report on strategic effectiveness of segment programs and events
Relevant industry or B2B marketing background preferred
Your Experience Includes
Relevant experience in business-to-business brand marketing, partner marketing or product marketing experience within the high-technology industry, surveillance background preferredProven project management experience within a matrix organizationSuccessful track record in partner / OEM / field marketing within high-technology companiesDemonstrated experience in working with revenue leaders in driving partner engagement, channel penetration and revenue-drivenGood written and verbal communication skills, especially on content development and product presentationA skilled negotiator with proven experience in finding creative ways to do more with less, and a track record of staying on budgetGood project management skills with experience gaining consensus and driving deliverables with individuals inside and outside the organizationWorking in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional global organizationConfident, self-motivated individual with a good, demonstrable bias for action, and with an innate attention to detailMust be a highly motivated self-starter under high pressureOversees segment marketing coordinating with other regions to support SV OEM activity executionExcellent English in both verbal and written
Location : Beijing, Hangzhou or Shanghai
