BASIC PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION :
Commercial DBS manager is responsible for promoting and facilitating the successful implementation of the Danaher Business System at Beckman Coulter Commercial Operations in China.
The incumbent is responsible for supporting cross functional teams with DBS training, facilitation of kaizen events to improve business processes and Problem Solving Process.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Drive process improvements by leveraging DBS tools (Growth, Lean, and Leadership) to achieve company targets for Quality, Deliver, Cost and Innovation.
Assist site / company leadership in the implementation of DBS strategy
Directly provide formal and informal DBS training and coaching to associates.
Assist teams in achieving Policy Deployment and Strategic Plan objectives
Facilitate and ensure productive kaizen events
Promote and facilitate diagnosis of work flow impediments and other wastes throughout the business, and provide expert counsel on appropriate tools to eliminate them
Improve DBS training and facilitation skills by pursuing certification in DBS tools
Promote and facilitate associate development in various DBS tools and kaizen leadership
Benchmark and incorporate best practices
