Job Description :
The person hired for the position of Service Automation Business SME GCA will an area subject matter expert of service automation functionality and will work with the Service Automation Deployment Leader and the Customer Services organizations across GCA to support the deployment of Service Automation as a centralized function within Customer Services, to progress to entitlement productivity, growth and service levels, and to standardize processes.
In addition to having functional deployment responsibilities, this person will also have input into the design of one or more of the core service automation capabilities and its associated technologies and processes.
