As an AP Compliance Manager-Investigation, you will Conduct regional investigations as required to promptly identify facts andresolve allegations.
Under the supervision of the Compliance Director, APAC,provide functional expertise, training and communications and day-to-day adviceand solutions to internal clients.
Prioritize and join the coordination of investigation contents, objective and schedule to ensure an efficient accomplishment with the support of the other partners.
Assemble, analyse and evaluate allegation relevant data in advance to secure and improve the quality of the investigation and interview.
Conduct reviews, interviews and on-site investigations, work closely with colleagues in SBUs and core control functions to get support or conduct joint investigation as well as work towards future improvements as the Compliance Program evolves.
Prepare the investigation report in respect of individual allegations independently or work with other team members, propose disciplinary actions in accordance with the valid disciplinary procedures.
And finalize the report in a timely manner.
Bachelor or Master Degree in law, finance, business administration, natural sciences or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years work experience, ideally in forensic investigation, ethics and compliance or a similar area in an international environment.
Big 4 audit experience is a plus.
Unwavering dedication to integrity, ethical behavior and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
In-depth experience in conducting compliance investigations and managing the entire investigations process, including the management and tracking lifecycle and the close-out process.
Proficient in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) additional languages will be an advantage.
