Job Description

1. Assist GM to handle admin work, such as executive calendar, schedule travel arrangement, hotel reservation, air ticket booking, prepare expense reimbursement in a timely manner, documents filings etc;

处理董事总经理相关日常事宜,例如:日程表统筹,安排出差行程,酒店预定,机票预定,处理报销事宜以及文档整理;

2. Support organize various company events/meetings such as board meetings, management meetings, etc;

协助安排公司内部大小活动/各项会议,例如董事会议以及其他会议;

3. Take initiation and proactively lead some projects, working with Business leaders to drive business growth;

发起并主动领导一些项目,与业务领导一起推动业务增长;

4. Independent to handle some sensitive tasks;

独立处理一些敏感的任务;

5. Support complete other assignments.

协助完成其他交代的事宜。


Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above;

本科及以上学历;  

2. Having working experience in personal assistant or department assistant in multinational company;

有在跨国公司担任个人或者部门助理的工作经验;

3. Excellent English ability, TEM Band 8 / Advanced English Interpretation Certificate holder is preferable;

优秀的英语能力,英语专业八级/高级口译证书优先;

4. Must have the ability to manage multiple demands for administrative support and maintain open communication with each department in order to ensure administrative requirements are being met;

必须有能力管理多个行政支持需求,并与每个部门保持开放的沟通,以确保满足行政需求;

5. Good interpersonal and communication skills;

良好的人际关系和沟通技巧;

6. High sense of responsibility and able to work into details;

高度的责任心和工作细致;

7. Good planning, coordination and problem solving skills;

良好的计划、协调和解决问题的能力;

8. Requires self-motivation with excellent communication and organizational skills;

要求自我激励,具有良好的沟通和组织能力;

9. Be able to working under pressure.

能够在压力下工作。
