1.To provide full management and financial accounting support. To ensure compliance with Group, Statutory and Fiscal policies and procedures.
2.To provide detailed cost analysis and remind the senior leadership of cost risk.
3.To ensure monthly Management Accounts, Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Reporting Package are prepared and reported within strict deadlines.
All variances must be investigated and corrective actions taken where appropriate in conjunction with the senior management team.
4.To complete the data into Group finance system of ER.
5.To manage the application of income tax, VAT, business tax, stamp tax, other relative tax etc.
6.To manage the financial document filing and back up etc..
7.To be responsible for all financial audits.
8.Manage a team of 6-8 team members.
9.Contribute to the establishment, implementation, and improvement of ISO14001 environmental and OHSAS 18001 health and safety management systems including the establishment of site environmental and health and safety objectives.
1.Fully qualified Accountant with experience in a manufacturing environment (standard costing / variance analysis).
2.Experience in Chinese statutory accounting / reporting.
3.Understanding of IFRS.
4.Fluent English speaker.
5.Knowledge of SAP and toll manufacturing.
6.Experience of dealing with Senior Managers, within both manufacturing and commercial environments.
7.Strong communication skills at all levels.
8.Proven team leader with the ability to manage, motivate and develop staff.
