  • Point of Sales Management
  • As one of the biggest bucket of investment in Trade Marketing, there is a need to improve the way we approach POSM.
  • Support the line manager to drive all HQ and BUs to utilize POS in the right way with focus in giving clarity to the planning, process, and budget utilization.
  • Support the POSM team to improve the management and develop the guideline for the usage of POSM.
  • Well control and monitor the POSM management process and ensure the POSM on time delivery.
  • Data Analysis
  • Establish the data warehouse to support the regular sales function business planning and execution tracking.
  • Support line manager on the assigned projects and tasks.
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Positive attitude towards beer able to travel to understand market needs & insights
  • Experience
  • Good experience in trade marketing or brand marketing
  • Experience in POSM development and management with proven execution at point of purchase
  • Experience in data analysis and execution tracking
  • Competence Requirements
  • Good business and analytical skill.
  • Self-starter with high ambition level and drive to over-deliver against set objectives.
  • Action-oriented, persistent and capable of implementing change.
  • Take responsibility and show leadership in fact-based strategies.
  • Strong communication skills with convincing rationale rested on facts and communicate effectively in an international work environment with regional commercial team and local sales team and cross-functional team work in the Carlsberg China organization.
  • Education : Minimum Degree holder-fresh graduate
  • Language : Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
