Position Summary We’re seeking a versatile sales person with experience growing and leading Solutions Sales in the IT OEM / software / application / system integration verticals.

The primary objective of this position is to manage the existing relationships with large global and national Fuel & Convenience retailers and to develop new business with other Chinese retailers in gas stations, supermarkets, specialty stores and convenience retail.

This position will report to the Retail Sales Leader- China and be based in Guangzhou. Key areas of responsibility include : Sell NCR Retail technology solutions to major retailers in China and meeting your sales targets Establish and maintain executive customer relationships across marketing, operations, & IT to ensure full breadth of NCR’s retail portfolio is leveraged to solve customer’s business issues Understand NCR’s customer’s business objectives and offer NCR Retail solutions to solve their issues Ensure NCR is viewed as a strategic partner to help our customers meet their goals.

Develop account plans with measurable goals and objectives Develop a strategic roadmap which aligns customer needs, issues, opportunities with industry best practices and NCR’s offerings Manage the sales process identifying opportunities, managing the funnel & forecast, handling contract negotiations, and driving deployment of solutions.

Ensure ongoing customer satisfaction throughout the sales process Communicate efficiently internally and drive cross functional teams to ensure your success Basic Qualifications 8 + years of experience in business development / account management Proven background of success selling information technology solutions.

Steady track record of sales Entrepreneurial drive, constant efforts for self-development, enthusiasm for learning new technologies.

Ability to initiate transformational conversations with business teams at customers. Sales success : consistency in quota achievements and growth working within organizations and accounts.

Demonstrated history of managing the sales process and developing a strategic roadmap which aligns customer needs, issues, opportunities with industry best practices and our company’s offerings.

Ability to develop senior level business relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
